“Gundlach Bundschu Tasting Room”, oil painting was painted as a demonstration for a painting class. The buyer of this painting was so excited to see the painting on the easel, that he bought it well before it was finished, just so he did not miss the opportunity to walk away with the oil. I take commissions of places that others travel to, by going there and painting on location. A dream of mine would be to travel with a patron and record their trip in a series of oils, including a portrait of the patron in the adventure landscape!
